Dear All,
Could anyone let me know what are the formalities required for the formation of trust in delhi ? Do we need to get it registered under Registration Act? and what are the annual compliances need to be made with respect to a TRUST.

For the fomation of a trust, trust deed to be prepared, office beares should be nominated, it should be registered by paying a nominal fees, annual audited statedment should be presented.
