We purchased one land in year 1988, and after some years the old owner who sell the land was died but his son filed a court case against us that the sold land is not at the front. So this way the court case was running still last 10 years, now the district magistrate declared our land purchased is cancelled. Please find the below documents & details as below.
1. I have all the leagal documents, 7/12 etc.
2. I have 6 ghunte land,
3. I have a proof that we are farmers and purchased the land
Please suggest me somthing asap as I am in trouble. Should i filled the case in high court.
