Typo in deed

I purchased a flat which is registered on 27/08/2014. Yesterday I found that the Endorseent sheet has a typo in my father's name. Typo is as follows: Mohan Prasad "SHA" instead of "SAH". My father's name is correct elsewere in the deed. I think this should be rectified ASAP.

Do I need to pay any additional Stamp Duty/ Registration fee if I am going for Deed of Rectification execution?

If yes then how much? State ==> West Bengal

Please post the template Deed if possible for rectification.

Thanks,

Ashish Ranjan

deed of rectification will have to be executed by both the parties only. no need to pay stamp duty.

Additional stamp duty need not be paid for rectification deed, however, in my opinion, this typographical error may be ignored because the deed is no your name and not on your father's name, also his name has been spelt correctly elsewhere in the deed, then why getting puzzled?
