Madam/Sir,
I have cleared UGC NET in Psychology which was held during June 2013. After the results were announced UGC has asked many candidates to submit attested copies of certificates. I also submitted the same on 04-Feb-2014. But in spite of that UGC has not issued my E-Certificate (also to many others) and are delaying it.
This delay has caused many people like me to miss many employment opportunities whereas those who got the E-certificate are applying for the same.
This is crude partiality from the side of UGC and I want your kind help in dealing with this issue. Many more persons are also affected by this delay caused by UGC.
So can anybody throw light on this issue and help us in a right way.
