Un regitered land

sir i am from vizag my grand father brought a land which is not registered but it is under purana(means agrement to sell land ) since 1980 but now the persons who sold to me they are not registered to that land .i have only purana in that purana agreement that selled persons signed on that purana .that land is under my position .sir please suggest me what can i do now legally help me.

Probably your case is time barred. More particulars are required to guide you. But you have to file a suit for specific performaence of contract. Unregistered deed of agreement niether provides your father any title or valid possession . Even your possession is under risk considering the provision of section 53A of Transfer of Proerty Act.

THANK YOU FOR PREVIOUS POST .WE PAID TOTAL AGREMENT AMOUNT  TO THAT LAND STILL THEY DID NOT REGISTERD IF I TAKE ANY ADANGAL COPY OR ANY PASS BOOKS THROUGH MY GRANDFATHER NAME? FROM MANDAL REVENUE OFFICE IT WILL HELP TO ME?
