my chawl was redeveloped in the year 2000. we got 240 sq.ft. flat which is in my grandfather's name.
he was expired 10 years ago. flat is still in his name due to family disputes. i am staying in this flat with my parents. i am paying maintenance, electricity bill, telephone bill from the year 2000. now i want to discuss about the title of this flat with my 3 uncles. i request you to give me the solution for the same please.

As the flat owned by your grandfather so legally all your uncle and your father entitled share in the property even though you are paying the maintenance other bills..

Your father and his brothers and sisters right in this property so u first release their rights from this property in your father favour and then registration this deed in registrar office.
