Undivided Family Property Law Request

Hi,

We have some Assets. Recently my father was expired March, 2010. We are 2 Brothers and 1 sister. My mother is alive. My Brother and My sister got married. I am single. Now my brother is asking to divide property. Can you please give me the solution for this? How to we divide equal share property to all as per Hindu law. (Example:- My Father Property: 10 acre – Sand Land, 10 acre – Rice Farm Land, 10 – Home Land…….from My Grand Father Property: 3 Acre – Sand Land, 1.5 Acre – Rice farm Land, 1 Acre – Home Land).
