Hi, I work in an MNC in Bangalore. Company is located on Inner Ring Road (Koramalgala / Domlur). My manager has the habit of cornering people and making fun of them in team meetings.
He should understand that we are neither his labors not 12 Year old kids to be treated the way he does.
He throws such an attitude on us because he is the Manager. And clearly, he is biased too!
Is there any law that prohibits senior members of a company from misbehaving with team members? Just because they are the managers / at higher grades.
Also, the way this managers conducts 1x1 is not professional either. He makes indirect comments and / or remarks and intimidates the member stating "for your own good."
Please advise.
