LEARN MODUS OPERANDI OF UP POLICE 'PUBLIC SERVANT' DEPUTED IN THANA'S

That the Inspector Sanjiv Kumar Vishnoi Son of Balbir Singh Vishnoi Home District Bijnor Personnel No. 002510066 , Date of Joining 2000 Year in UP Police are Wrongdoing, guilty person, and False Reporting Police Non Gazette UP Police Servant who make false cases against advocates and the people of local resident where he get posted for the immoral desire of consideration from Criminals and turn Criminals into Victims and Victims become Criminals in his mindset. That the purpose of him is to become rich thru undue enrichment. He is an abuse servant on the U.P Police Department and a black heart person.
PARA 1. In FIR 366/2016 of Complainant KK Agarwal Advocate he made false report thru I.O for closing the Case and 182 IPC apply on victim advocate. He makes a incharge Police Station a corruption place where he deputed and wants to do business and trade in name of Police Services. God give punishment for his sins for their evil actions but I also take lawful action on him as I am a legal fighter of these hooligan types of police officer who is a black spot on the Indian legal System. That on his false Report the CO City First Suniti IPS-RR 2013 signed and forward the Report to the CJM, Saharanpur for taking cognizance. Both Cojintly working with same meeting of minds not apply her figure out mind what she is doing in Police Services and how the victim may hurt from her wrong move as she is a very new entrant in Police Job.
PARA 2. That Sanjiv Kumar Vishnoi Inspector also make a False Case 459/16 against "Pardeep Kumar Goel" in Goonda Act before ADM [Finance & Revenue] while he is very poor and humble citizen of City Saharanpur and never invloved in Murder, Theft, assault and battery, etc. That into this fabricated concocted inspector Report, Again CO City First Suniti IPS-RR2013 signed thenafter Signed by" Additional SP" RAFIQ AHMED PPS1999 thenafter Signed by SSP MANOJ TIWARI IPS SK2003 thenafter signed by Saharanpur CITY MAGISTRATE Name "Harishankar" then it fully ripe now then seems think forward to the ADM [F&R] Saharanpur for cognizance to take. All evil, bad faith and private grudge Public Servant are in same boat, same mindset for wrongdoing in the U.P Police Services and Administrative Services without apply their personal minds eachone what they are doing right or wrong against the soverign people of India.
PARA 3. That the mostly Police Servant is novoice, prejudice, unturstworthy and also untrained in Indian laws as they not study Rules of laws as good knowledgable honest advocate do, they also not know how to get write FIR and How to do Investigation in cognizable cases in each and everyone FIR Registered or Complaint Received and How to collect all material evidences how to comply all legal precedents of Supreme Court of Indian and High Courts of State and at last how to submit report before Court of law. Just Shoot any blind prejudice misdirect arrow on Courts of law and advocate shoulder -or- just make Final Report to Close Case or remove all strict non bailable and Non Compondanble sections of IPC and Other Acts in Addiiton and just make a simple bailable and compoundable case so that accuseds get bail easily from Court of law. Sometimes not to lodged Cognizable case and simple lodged Sec 107/116/150 Crpc against some accuseds to support Criminal so that Victims also Suffered due to cross case made on him and forward to Adminsitration Magistrate of State to take cognizance.
PARA 4. People may die or get suffered who cares take your Salary and another Salary from influence peddling Criminals to set free from State Police Services Records. What type of evil person coming in Police Services and Administrative Services and that's why one dirty fish (Public Servant) ruined all the pond(system) full of dirt and Garbage. But here dirty fishes are more and the pond is narrow besides some few good fish.
++ Today mostly Join the Police and Administrative Services Job just only for money minting from the People of India and from accuseds and help them to spread crimes in cities more in more where guilty and corrupted Police Servant goes and transferred or shifted. That's why No one from bottom of their heart respect the Police besides "false respect show off & buttering in fear of Police Servant", Neither nor they recognized morally good trustworthy people in our Indian country. The same mindset flow I found and observe by me persoanlly in Delhi Police also like U.P Police in pari materia. The Police and Administrative Offciers in all over India mostly are on same walk of line just only postition and Place changes but inside no change in any place. ++
