Update case on e-court website

From a such long time i am trying to update my case details on internet i.e on E-court website but i am not getting reply from court by mail. is that any other way to update the same or any other e-mail id of court where i get at least response

Am also getting same problem but after 24 hours automatically updated.

I send too many e-mails to District court, HC,SC but I didn't get any reply from them And it's still shows XXXX in name fields.
