Urgent

Hi

my friends father (Mr X)  had agricultural property (A)  in joint name with his brother (Mr Y) (ancestor property), apart from that my friend's father purchased property in solo name(B), Mr Y died

successor's of  Mr Y arguing that Both (A) & (B) should be divided

is the contention of successor's of  Mr Y is correct?

What If Mr X purchsed property in his wife name?

what if Mr X employed ?

Thanks in advance

If X is employed and have purchased the B out of his salary then, B cannot be divided in the partition.
