We filled Mutual divorce in jan 2013 and we continued to live together but in april we went on separate ways.
now i m asking my wife to complete second motion and now she is backing out of mcd. she say we continued to live as husband and wife so no mcd. she i can go and file contested divorce and she will contest the divorce. she is saying she will get the mutual cancel and on same day will enter my house as she has a right o live where i m living. presently i m living in my parents house which belong to my mother. can she come and forcefully enter our house and start living. i have done to safe this marriage but now i m not interested to live with her.
she is saying she will not leave that house until i provide her a lavish house on rent as per my income .
i asked her whatever right you wnt go to court..she said she can come and live where i m living and its her right and she doesnt need the help of court in this.
please suggest me i m scared. i have been through lot of fights and mental torture and now i just want divorce.
what legal action i can take if she enter the house?
can my mother file injuction against her and i continue to stay please help. i was in depression and now not at all ready to face all that sh*t again
