Urgent query

Hello All,

 

We are 5 members accused in 498A and DP ACT 3 & 4..

 

A1--me

 

A2--father

 

A3-mother

 

A4--grandmother

 

A5--brother

 

I will attend for court hearings and have no problem for me..i want to know for family members personal exemption..

 

we have attended one time after charge sheet and now i just want to know below

 

1) can we file 205 for A2-A5 single petition?

2) A4 grandmother age of 83 years .can we use any other option for personal exemption?

"205. Magistrate may dispense with personal attendance of accused.--(1) Whenever a Magistrate issues a summons, he may, if he sees reason so to do, dispense with the personal attendance of' the accused and permit him to appear by his pleader.
