a prof. of allahabad university needs the details for his doctoral thesis to be submitted in april.

i have found UPCL v. UOI which has been referred to larger bench wide order dt. 23/02/2009. however this is relating to rights of voter to know about candidate's assets , criminal cases qualification etc.
