hello, can i go to permanent lokpal court to settle issues for not getting replies to my RTI queries,.
i came across a recent order where in a district forum considers RTI applicant as a consumer for in ,he pays the application fee of Rs 10 along with the application.
so, can i file a case in lokpal for not getting replies to my RTI and get appropriate compensation for the same or is it needs to be done only at the consumer redressal forum.
