Uttarakhand min wages and pf

We are a service organization, have started operations in rural parts of uttarakhand.

We follow min wages guidelines and comply to them. however would like to have clarity on 2 specific things.

1) As per Revised MIn Wages- Uttarakhand has min basic wage of 90.38 and V.D.A of  62. so total of 152.38.

In other words should i safely say 152.38*30 =4572.

Now please suggest Employers PF contribution should be what.

should it be above 4572 ?

should it be deducted from 4572 ?

and how PF should be calculated for this specific example

P.F. is deducted on basic salary i.e. basic + D.A. is Rs.6,500/- or less.  No P.F. deductions if basic salary is  or less. Above that PF  is not deducted. Moreover some companies may have their own policies.
