Vakalat filing

Can an advocate accept Vakalat before getting qualified in aibe after enrollment? Kindly let me know please

No he cannot as there is mandatory requirement of quoting enrollment no.by the advocate which is granted by the Bar Council upon his registration.

If you have State Bar Council registration, then that is enough to file Vakalatnama in the all the Court's of that perticular State. Even the State Bar Council gives us Enrollment number which is maintain even after we passed AIBE.

yes sir im allotted bar no. so I can accept vakalat for my senior. And also can anyone please clarify me regarding advocate attestations can I do any kind of attestation? ?
