Hi - I am NRI residing in Dubai and one of party filed civil suit for my property in Krishnagiri Tamil Nadu and I had hired a lawyer and looks he did not file vakalath where hearing was yesterday.
I am not sure what I can do now and lawyer is also not responding. What are my legal options ?
