Valid grounds for refusing possession of Permanent Alternate Accomodation?

What will be consequences if we refuse to accept possession on following grounds:

1) Builder changed floor plan appended with Registered Agreement without our consent from 1 BHK to 1 RK.
2) Disobeyed High court order to provide final floor plan to coverup the fraud.
3) Reduced actual carpet area from 330 sqft to 310 sqft.
4) Levying abnormal rent excluding govt taxes almost 40 times the rent charged before redevelopment.
5) Imposing fresh terms that are not part of Consent Terms as well as Registered Agreement.

Kindly do spare your valued time to help us take appropriate action. TIA

You have repeated the same question twice in the forum section and experts section of this portal.

You can visit those threads to know about more opinions.

It would be better to consult a local prudent lawyer to satisfy your repeated queries.
