I had signed a contract dated March 2011 with a film producer for writing a screenplay for which I was given an advance of 20% of the full amount agreed upon. I had furnished the job entrusted to me (writing a film scriptt) withing 3 months. No further payments have been made to me since then.
Kindly advise as to who holds the rights to the scriptt as it is almost 4 years. Do they revert to the creator automatically and if not, What do I need to do to get the rights to the scriptt revert to me,
