Validity of any appeal on divorce granted in lower court

Dear Experts,

If the Divorce has been granted and no appeal or any objection has been received in the 90-day period from judgement day, however if the spouse has actually filed any objection or appeal, will it carry any value after 90 days?

Appreciate your advice.

Thanking you in advance

Does any appeal or any objection against a Divorce granted, carry any value if not notified of it within th 90-day of appealability period?

(Guest)

if wife files appeal on 90th day, obviously husband will be notified after expiry of 90 days. such an appeal is perfectly valid. the question is that court should be moved before expiry of appeal limitation period, and notification to spouse is secondary.

Thanks Shrivatsa sir,

What if the petitioner got re-married and has not received any appeal or objection in the 90-days period. But, assuming respondent actually filed an appeal or raised objection, are you saying that appeal will still be valid? Please note that there are no instructions or order attached to the divorce judgement - its a plain vanilla state on basis of cruelty
