Mr Sreekanth .Mylavarapu

Any decree passed by the court is valid for 12 years .

If the decree is not stamped by the court you can get it from the concern court and set right it .

Unless the finaldecree is engrossed on NJ stamps it is not valid. But it ccan be get it done in the same caourt which passed the prel.decree

There is no limitation for filing NJ stamps. The decree will be engrossed as and when stamps r deposited.Till then the record is consigned to record room. It is permanant record and can not be destroyed.
