Validity of phone record clips evidence?

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Wife is a lawyer . Before 1 year a she has taken record clips on vulnerable language discussions.

Current 3 months before some misunderstanding between us taken place.

She thrown out me from her house . I asked reason through her friends. she is denies to live with me.

Not Agree for MCD, Also she is not ready to given complaint against me based on the record clips.

But she used to play the record clips to her friends.

I am ready to prove the record clips are before 1 year , using call details. Since 3 months she is not spoken to me through any medium. so clips timings and call timings are not matched.

Can she eligible to Produce the Evidence which is previous of 1 year against me when she is willing to complaint in any cases?

You can discard her allegation and the proof by saying that she was in pre-planed to record the arguments between you both she gave provocation to you to speak such Language which you had never speak in your married life , according to her plan she is publically defaming you .

Thank you for your valuable information and Precious time.

Always gave Positive thinking & suggestion for the Victims who like me, it gives a enthusiasm & energetic feeling in me which i had lost since 3 months.

Also it gives a new direction in me to think to solve/dispose the problem if arises
