For execution of a Rental Agreement,, Rs.100/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper is enough. You can buy it any where though out India.

The Stamp Duty shall be according to the Duty applicable in State of Maharastra- Consult the Local Lawyer.

Stamp duty is 0.25% of annual rent. A 10% of security deposit to be considered while calculating annual rent. I do not know outside Mumbai, but in Mumbai any L&L Agreement has to be on min. Rs. 600 stamp paper as per latest circular as the vendors will not supply you stamp papers if you obtain for L&L.
