I have received one response from Delhi, Mentioned himself as Advocate Supreme Court of India - however I have doubts that the person is a Advocate in Supreme court not ? As in his response - he mentioned only his office address - and he does not mentioned Advocate Code anywhere in the correspondence. His name was not found in Supreme Court website or anywhere else As per Bar council Circulars any advocate need to mention his Advocate Code...
How can I check his legality / Authentic of this ...
