One of our Directors is having Directors Identification Number (DIN) and also Invcome Tax Permanent Account (PAN). When the Details of DIN are verified with PAN Database through link in the Website of Ministry of Corproate Affairs (www.mca.gov.in), it is displaying that PAN is not existing in PAN Database. However, when we verified PAN in Income Tax website/NSDL website, the details of PAN are perfectly appearing and Income Tax Returns is being filed every year. We have lodged a complaint in webside of MCA, but the same message was sent again. We are unable to understand as to how to proceed futher. Can any one advise me in this regard.
