My wife had filed a DV case against me
and my file in delhi patiala house court.
Would like to know, whether all family members should be present on the 1st hearing date or would be enough if myself and my lawyer appear. Later when neeed my family will also be there. can somebody please advise.
if your family members are also respondents, then they must attend if not you alone must present.
