an algerian girl wants to marry indian citizen and she is coming to india for the purpose of marriage on the strength of indian tourist visa which is valid upto three months. she doesnt want to go back to algeria as she desires to stay here itself with her husband.
whether she who has visited on tourist visa eligible for pio permanent indian origin by virtue of her marriage ??
how long it takes to obtain pio card??? is it possible for her to secure the same before the expiry of tourist visa period??any other option available to her to stay in india??
