Vodafone unhappy to help

I am a user of Mob no.9820141790 for over 15 years, since the connection became vodafone I have been having several problems namely,
1. Connectivity at my home
2. Overcharging.
3. wrong information on call schemes
4. Forced sale of products
5. Insult and mental trauma caused at branch.
6. no proper communication and responses to queries for over one year.

In fact my connection was cut when I was in a remote place(causing a lot of pain and danger), even though I had paid in advance (knowing that, I was being forced to give up my connection, for asking too many questions)
I have been writing to Vodafone for the last one year, my issues have not been addressed and the replies are yet to come. one of the issues I had highlighted was that at home the reception was poor, and I had to keep my phone ( Samsung Note)at the window to get a reception, since over 1 year they have not responded nor rectified to my problem, and i have lost 2 phones falling of the window, the last one on the 24th of sept.
