this forum is suggesting legal remedies in the given circumstances.
she has never alleged impotance. So this is not a case of nullity.
what she has alleged is domestic violence and cruelity by husband's relatives. This is a good ground for divorce or to compell seperate residence with husband.
But she does not want stamp of a divorcee in that case she should continue with the marriage with or without humilitation and torture.

You can apply for a divorce after 1 year of marriage.

As to your statement in the query your marriage cannot be proved as nullity and there is no possibility to nullify the same. Better follow mutual divorce. if you so desire..
