I am working in Food Corporation of India. wage revision is due from 1.1.2017. wage revision negotiation is being countinued by union with management for category III & IV employees. as well as union is preparing of election which is held in 2019. almost all senior leaders are retired and belongs to officers category. Due to election leaders try to give more benefit to junior, who joined in 2016 and 2017. junior emoployees will get 37% hike in pay scale but older employees who joined in 2009,2010 get only 15% to 20%.
Sir, how can I protect my scale and get equal % hike in pay scale.
