I read this Anil Jain Vs Maya Jain judgement and your agrues. And I feel that SC
allow to lower court to wave off 6 month period. But as my understanding that SC held this power with ownself. And even High court cannot wave off 6 month period in 13B. So, what is the benefit of these judgement.
