regarding amendment bill, please help for each point in detail
1. should husbands file for divorce in near future as 24hma or crpc125 interims would start draining pockets, run for years and case would end up in irretrievable breakdown parting with ancestral property to wife even if she deserts and inflicts mental cruelities.......
2. if wife files divorce which now they would.....after purposefully non cohab for years 2or 3 again validating irretrievable breakdown a ground for divorce again its the husbands ancestral property given to wicked wife??
3. should husbands start entertaining concubines for their pleasures and needs lavishly with money of ancestral properties rather than giving to wives who get married just for money??????
4. should husbands start contesting all divorce petitions by wives denying divorce and keeping concubines or visiting pros for above reasons???
5. should husband start condoning mental cruelities, adultery and 498s by wifes to prevent divorce and ancestral share???????
6. now defending divorce wold be more important for men rather than filing to save money and property.....
7. should parents of son sell properties, encash all and give to son or destroy assets preventing it to go in hands of wicked dil?????
please reply experts.......where is this bill for women empowerment taking us.......famalial values and the upbringing of next generation.......???who and ho\w one is benefitted by this??????
