I am fighting a dispute before central govt. industrial tribunal.
I am sure to get the reinstatement.
But I am not sure to get back wages because I have not filed an affidavit informing "not gainfuly employeed after termination".
The evidence part is over.
Before submitting written aeguments I want to file the affidavit for "not gainfully employeed ...".
The presiding officer will not allow me to file the affidavit unless a very strong citation is quoted.
I request the learned members to supply such a citation.
