i have been served a notice under the sarfaesi and the symbolic posession has been taken by bank.
though my account has been declared NPA but i have been serving the interest against my OD and i have reduced the liability by 20% post the symbolic posession. (which was 4 days ago)
i am seeking some time to clear the liability as i am in the process of seeking loans against rental income that i have or liquidate some other property to clear debts.
