Way to get details

Private hospitals are not supposed to disclose details of their cutomers publicly. You can get the details of the child born on a particular day by filing an RTI to the local municipal authority issuing birth cirtificate.

Can U mention the purpose?

My friend filed a case against his wife on the ground adultery. She is having some local political influence and got birth certificate for her child by mentioning my friend name as father. One of the nurse working in the hospital which was mentioned in the birth certificate told my friend that delivery did not take place on that hospital and she afraid to come to court as a witness. Court asking for a solid proof for APPROVAL for DNA test. My friend wife opposes DNA test
