Can anybody help me in getting the Web-copy of a Delhi High Court Judgement dated 03.11.2008

It only contains order which has only 4 sentences.

I need full text Judgement of this case.

Sir,

On 03.11.2008 in the case you have mentioned in your query above, this was the order Hon'ble High Court chose to pass. Now I cant help it if they finished it in 4 sentences. Atleast be thankful I am helping you out. It is you who are confused sir.
