Look into how the company is registered e.g; Commercial and the aplicable Act.....................

The company can't provide inferior benafits than provided for in the Act.............

 

Then relate with Leave Policy than can not provide for inferior benefits but can provide superior provisions....................

 

The company if provides for superiro provisions as per negotiated settlement,standing orders can not breach the provided provisions...........
