Hi,
I m conducting review of Security labour of a company, i have checked the following things in the attendance register:
(1) They are working for 12 hours/day;
(2) They are working for 30 days continuously without taking any weekly off
Can anyone tell whether there is something wrong according to any labour or other Act, if yes, please tell me about the Act & Section applicable
