You have to go through Court as this is her personal documenet and bank officials have to maintain their client's informations secret.

As pre Banking law the Bank will not disclose details of their customers account. Except court order,Income Tax department or police the bank will not disclose any thing of their client. If your wife is in service then only under R.T.I.ACT YOU CAN GET THE INFORMATION from the concern department.

You can call for the bank statements u/s 91 CRPC alternately you can summon her employer .
