what areresposibity responsibility of a co op society if its worker works for more than 240 days in a year

what will be the consequences if a worker (appointed on daily wage basis) works 240 days in a financial year in respect of PF and Gratuity?

1. IF it is a Housing Coop. Society (CHS), THEN it is classified as a non-business, non-industry and is not liable for ANYTHING to its workers. This has been upheld in a recent HC judgment.
