What does allegation and accusation in legal term mean

Me and my husband have signed MCD . he hit me several times and tortured me mentally .his mom is unaware of the whole thing . he was rparrested in USA for DV case and he escaped to India .my mik is not aware of lot of things and he has blocked my number so I am unable to contact her .can I go to my husband's uncles house and give him a letter stating all that happened to be handed over to my mil . will that be considered as an accusation or allegation and will it affect my MCD

When the divorce by mutual consent being agreed, signed by both of you, why bring mother in law in between? This marriage, dispute between both of you, nothing to do with your parents, matter resolved between both should remain between both only.

Correct addvice by Mr Mahajan. Resolve matter amicably, why bring mother in law in between and create more problems and break one more relationship.

Letter states his medical problems and his cutting his hand with knife and stuffs like that which I fel as a mom she should know ..he has cutting his hand symptoms which is detrimental to his life . I want to remove from my head by conveying to her and things he did to me will that have any implication on MCD .. Will that be considered as allegation

`Allegation' is an act of throwing blame on somebody without any basis or a little/faint belief; whereas `Accuasion' is much stronger term whereby a wrongdoing/misconduct is fixed on somebody, with a definite proof.

He harmed you physically after getting a divorce from you. It was his way of expressing his unjustified anger. You could have filed a police case against him while he was still in USA. Now you want his mother to know lot of things which happened between both of you. Just pause and think, what will it achieve. A mother will most probably take side is her son, though she may be less bitter against you, but it will solve nothing. Let time takes its toll.

Sister whatever is in your mind just write it on page and then burn that page. You both sign MCD forget him and his mother. If you give such letter to your exMIL then it may possible he withdraw his consent and you will have to run for years in court for divorce. Just forget all and live in future.
