f)Use in Connection with Motor Trade:
My client was travelling as passeneger as the said motor vwehicle was used by the owner as passengers carriage as 10 seated carriage of passengers. Is my client liable to be compensated by the insure as per the insurance contract? what is the exact nature of the policy of the insurance? THE NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY lTD  the opposite party also stipulate that Limit of liability as per section II(i) up to Rs.75,0000 only? The policy contract says that it covers only personal business of the owner of the offending vehicle. Can any one of you stipulate the intention of the insure in the contract as stipulated above? Thanks in advance.
