Plz. help.
We filled only maint. case against our brother-in-law for harrasing and beating my sister.Not any other case is filled.Our case is in final stages.He also filed rest. conjugat rights and cutody of children case.Through family counselling we put the condition that we r ready to send out sister back provided he should give in writing that he will not beat and harass mentally, to which he agreed.Now we require help how draft such document.

yes. you can write the conditions which are accepted by him .

You can write the conditions in the compromise petition and the Court can take the cognizance thereof.

Thanks for reply.
He is not ready to sign on agreement paper but asking us to use normal paper.Graete help from this forum, as we were unaware of legality of such agreement.

maintenance cases will not help too much in this matter.
you have to go through 498a or domestic violence cases.
mind it that talaq is the personal liberty of a mohamedan. therefore do not waste time and raise the complain at earliest. complain will be started at your nearest police station.
