Who can be the members of managing committee of chs?

Dear Friends,

Sub: WHO CAN BE THE MEMBERS OF MANAGING COMMITTEE OF A COOPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY?

Can the Family Members of a Members of a CHS become the Members of the MC of the CHS?

If Mr k & his son are the Flat owners, then can Mrs K ,wife of the Flat owners , become the Member of Managing Committee of the CHS?

wife name must be there as associate member in share certificate, then only she can held a post in MC.
