In one of my friends divorce case, mediation got failed, in the next trail respondent took permission to file for objection petition from judge. so what kind of objection is this, my friend was the petitioner and her wife is respondent , they already filed counter petition to his main petition, now again objection petition.
in mediation my frnd requested her to join his family but she refused to do and asked him to setup a family in her native which my friend refused.
based on above facts can some one let me know what kind of objection they are going to file.
