What is reportable judgements

Dear Mr.K Shah,

Any non reportable judgement is which without permission of the court cannot be published in journals or in press.  Otherwise there is no bar for its use by individuals, professionals etc. Yes it can be used as citation before lower court and is binding on the lower court.
