What is strike off defense? Under what circumstances the judge strike off defense? If petitioner does not submit evidence to prove their allegations, can strike off defense be used there by respondent?

Defense which is deemed as 'Frivolous and Vexacious' is striked off.
If defendent itself gives a demostration that ........... 'petitioner's allegations are true' during the course of trial .................... then defense's plea wherein ............even if defendent has denied and opposed the allegations made by pettioner ... those denials get devoid of any substance.
The party has to proactively press for that.
Same is true vice a versa
