A Family is going through family settlement of property in haryana. father in law is transferring a share to daughter in law voluntrily. my ques is
1 what is the best way gift deed/will coz it shud be non chalangable n shud be with immediate effect?
2 What would be the stamp duty on that being a relative?

Father-in-law wants to transfer his self acquired property to daughter-in-law. Immediate transfer of property is Gift Deed and you find out value of property, market value of property, stamp duty, registration fee payable from the concern Registration office.
