What is the oral gift under muslim law?

For the oral gift under the muslim law what is the criteria?

THE DONOR AND THE DONEE BOTH HAVE TO BE MUSLIM OR NOT?

SUPOSE THE DONOR IS HINDU AND DONEE IS MUSLIM IN THAT CASE  DOES THE " ORAL GIFT UNDER THE MUSLIM LAW"  MAINTAINS????????

No both the parties should be Muslim in order for a oral gift(hiba) to be valid. In addition to that the requirements of :- i) Declaration; ii) Acceptance; iii) Delivery of Possession should also be fulfilled. Regards, Adv.
